Please be advised that TSG Global (and any other industry messaging provider) is unable to enable messaging or associate 10DLC campaigns for ANY numbers that have voice services with Bandwidth, Telnyx, or ISP Tel.
These providers have elected to automatically reject any data changes to numbers on their CLEC networks, including the provisioning of messaging to a different NNID, or the association of 10DLC campaigns and other metadata commonly stored in the NetNumber OSR.

The only workaround to this issue would be to port the numbers to TSG Global and use our voice services instead of your current voice provider.
