Register 10DLC Brand

GraphQL endpoint: /company

Register a new 10DLC brand. This action submits the brand for approval. Once the brand is submitted the status is "PENDING_REVIEW", and once approved by TCR the status will change to "ACTIVE".

Valid brand statuses are: -ACTIVE -REJECTED -EXPIRED -DRAFT -PENDING_REVIEW
